Prepare your home for Christmas!

Spruce twigs, little cypresses, red Christmas baubles and many, many lights. There are tens of ideas for Christmas decorations in your home. A few years ago, there were Christmas trees made out of raw pasta and painted gold that my sister and I prepared at the art class, standing all over our house and red socks presenting Santa and snowman, hanging next to the staircase. I'm pretty sure there still are hidden somewhere around the place. Unfortunately, the only decoration in my micro apartment is the string of white lights hanged around the biggest poster on the wall (it turned out too short to embellish bigger space), although, last time I was home I managed to photograph some of the decorations out there. In this post, you can see some of my favorites one. I hope you will like these ideas. 

Unfortunately, Christmas lasts two days only. It cannot be denied, this time is special and extremely charming, though, it's also very short, so we do everything to extend them as much as possible and feel that amazing atmosphere as long as we can. Yes, we all complain about how soon the Christmas commercials appear on TV and the fact Coca Cola's Santa gets placed on every billboard in town by the end of fall but don't you think this might be one of the attempts of prolonging that special time? This is the most special season of the year. Let's enjoy it and its fabulous vibes in the best way. 

Świerkowe gałązki, małe cyprysy, czerwone bombki i dużo, dużo światełek. Są dziesiątki sposobów na świąteczne udekorowanie domu. W moim jeszcze kilka, kilkanaście lat temu prym wiodły skarpety z bałwankami czy Mikołajami i choinki z makaronu pomalowane na złoto, które ja i moja siostra zrobiłyśmy na zajęciach z plastyki. Jestem prawie pewna, że są jeszcze gdzieś w domu. W moim malutkim mieszkaniu niestety jedyną ozdobę stanowi sznur białych lampek okalających największy plakat (okazały się za krótkie, żeby porządnie rozwiesić je na większej powierzchni), jednak podczas ostatniego weekendu w domu udało mi się zrobić tam zdjęcia kilku dekoracji. Boże Narodzenie to niestety tylko dwa dni - nie da się zaprzeczyć, że są wyjątkowe i niezwykle urokliwe, jednak krótkie, dlatego robimy wszystko, żeby ich atmosferę czuć jak najdłużej. Tak, wszyscy narzekamy, że reklamy świąteczne widać już w listopadzie, a wraz z końcem jesieni Mikołaj Coca Coli pojawia się na każdym billboardzie w mieście, ale nie wydaje się Wam, że to również przejaw próby rozciągnięcia Świąt w czasie? To najbardziej niezwykły czas w ciągu roku, cieszmy się nim jak najdłużej i korzystajmy jak najepiej z ich ciepłej i wyjątkowej atmosfery.
